ComfyUI is the free, open source, node-based interface for diffusion models — Stable Diffusion, SDXL, Flux, and the open video/audio/3D models that follow. Build generation pipelines as visual graphs, share them as JSON or as the PNGs that embed them, and rebuild anyone's workflow by dragging their image onto the canvas. Famously VRAM-efficient with partial re-execution, thousands of installable custom nodes, desktop apps for Windows and macOS (or git clone + python main.py for Linux/ROCm/servers), a full API for automation, and MCP support for AI agents.
