Nowadays, we have been replacing SaaS subscriptions with small internal tools.

Instead of buying separate tools for work logging, leave tracking, and other HR processes, we built a simple portal that matches the way we actually work.

Employees can log their work, mark their availability, generate project and employee summaries, and everything gets automatically shared to the relevant Google Chat spaces.

What previously required multiple tools and subscriptions can now be handled by a small custom application built around our workflow.
