This is the Rite Hite FasTrax, a high speed industrial fabric door designed for busy warehouses, manufacturing facilities, loading areas, and other high traffic environments.

Unlike a rigid door, FasTrax uses a flexible curtain with Soft Breakaway Technology. If a forklift accidentally hits the curtain, it can separate from the side tracks instead of sustaining major damage. The door's TRUE Auto Re Feed system then guides the curtain back into the tracks as the door opens, without requiring a manual reset.

The door can operate at speeds of up to 100 inches per second, helping forklifts and other equipment move through openings quickly while reducing the amount of time the opening remains exposed.
