Hello, my dear friends,
Before anything else - thank you for being here again.
I've always been quietly in love with the 1960s and early '70s: the colors, the music, the fearless way people dressed like joy was something you could wear. I made a film about that world once before - but this time, I wanted to slow down and let the clothes tell the story.
So this episode is all about the fashion.
Every outfit you'll see was inspired by 1960s–70s design, then reimagined with a breath of today - so in each piece you'll feel two eras dancing together: the boldness of then, the softness of now. The hardest part was making each look feel true to 1968 and true to right now, both at once. My quiet hope is that just one of them might inspire you to tailor a little something of your own.
And I'll share a small secret: one of these outfits was designed after my mother. One morning the sunlight came through the fabric and reflected across the room, and for just a moment… I felt her right there beside me.
Let me be honest about the making, too. I first dreamed up three songs and 210 outfits. I narrowed it down to the 130 I loved most… and in the end, only 117 made it into this film. So there's one more song, and a few more looks, still waiting quietly in the wings. If this little world finds a place in your heart, I'll gladly bring you Part Two.
Here's the feeling I was chasing: You know when you put on something beautiful for the very first time, and you just want to twirl and show someone you love - but you don't quite know how to say it? This film is me saying it. Out loud, in color, with a smile. And maybe, in one of these dancers, you'll catch a glimpse of yourself.
So step into the light with me. Wear your favorite color today. And if these songs, these dancers, and this strange, warm little world bring a smile to your day, tell me below - I read every single comment, and I treasure every story you share.
No matter where we live, we somehow keep meeting in the same place… somewhere between music, memory, and imagination.
Thank you for walking this runway with me. ❤️
