Want to build a website with AI? In this tutorial, I’ll show you a really simple workflow for creating a complete website using ChatGPT for the website design and images, then Claude Design to turn that design into a working website. We’ll go from an idea to a polished multi-page site in under 10 minutes.

The interesting part is that I’m not just asking Claude AI to “build me a website” and hoping for the best. We’ll first use ChatGPT to generate the visual direction, website layout and custom images, then take the finished website screenshot and assets into Claude Design. From there, Claude recreates the design and uses the same style to build the rest of the website pages.

I’ll walk you through the exact prompts I use, how I get Claude to match the ChatGPT website design as closely as possible, how to keep the same typography, spacing, colors and image style across every page, and how to turn one strong homepage design into an entire website.
