The EcoWorthy 12.8V 280Ah LiFePO4 battery with a metal case is hands down the best-built 12V lithium battery I've torn down on the channel to date. I ran a full capacity test and it pulled 284.2Ah over its 280Ah rating, load-tested it to overcurrent shutdown with automatic restart, verified both high and low temperature charge protection, and opened the metal case to inspect the welded busbars, dual metal compression plates, crumple zones, insulated terminal boots, and glued-in cables. If you're shopping for a mobile, RV, marine, or off-grid 12V LiFePO4 battery with a real 200A BMS, this teardown and bench testing shows you exactly what you're getting and why the metal case model earns my top spot.
