Still the Wild West out here. No right answer yet.

But you don't have to chase the next best model.

The people actually building have systems. A harness, optimized skill files, rules that hold. Once that exists, swapping models is plug and play.

What's best for this task? Drop it in. Who cares what it's called.

Do the job well, keep it cost and token efficient, move on.

Everyone arguing about models is still missing their own setup.
