Python didn't slow down on this CPU.
It crashed.
The Core 2 Quad Q6700 is from 2007 — it predates the instruction
set that every Python AI package is compiled for. No AVX, no Python.

So we went underneath it. stable-diffusion.cpp is the C++ port —
same idea as llama.cpp. Compile it yourself, kill the AVX flags,
hand the GPU the keys.

This is the moment the whole build turned around.
