I built an n8n automation that turns any YouTube video's comments into ready-to-use content ideas — no manual reading required.

Send a YouTube link to a Telegram bot and the workflow automatically:
→ Pulls video details + up to 100 top-level comments
→ Cleans and deduplicates the comments
→ Analyzes the audience with Gemini (sentiment, pain points, desires, repeated questions)
→ Scores content opportunities on demand, pain intensity, and novelty
→ Generates 7 new video ideas from the strongest signals
→ Saves everything to Google Sheets
→ Sends the full report back to Telegram

It doesn't have to be your own video — point it at any public YouTube video and reverse-engineer that audience's demand too.
