1. Writing: ChatGPT. Emails, captions, first drafts. OpenAI lists unlimited text chats on the free plan; uploads, images and voice are limited.
2. Research: Perplexity. Every answer comes with numbered sources. Open them before you trust it.
3. Your own notes: Gemini Notebook (the new name for NotebookLM). Upload your notes or documents and it answers from them, with citations.
4. Design: Canva. Start from a finished template and change the words.
5. Voiceovers: ElevenLabs. The free plan gives 10,000 credits a month, for personal use only.
